Once the application process is completed you will be considered for job opportunities as they come available based on your preferences and skills.
What is the application process?
Once you've submitted your resume, or emailed a letter of interest, our HR Manager will review it then contact you regarding possible job opportunities.
You will then be scheduled for an appointment to fill out the application and be interviewed. During the interview you will have the opportunity to discuss what vocational
skills you have and what you are looking for in your next position. You need to provide complete work history information, preference of shift, type of work, and preference of location.
Tri-State Staffing Solutions conducts reference checks with previous employers and other references provided by applicants. Once reference information is complete, you will be offered
jobs based on all the factors of our screening process.
What happens if I’m on an assignment and it's not for me or I'm offered another position?
If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, please contact us immediately. This is the same for a permanent job offer. You may be asked to stay at an assignment
long enough for us to find a replacement but we will attempt to correct, and or, replace you as quickly as possible. Communication is key, we believe in open communication from our
employees, and they can expect the same from us.
What is the charge?
There is never a fee for applicants.
